Today, Séverine Perraudin deploys her talents for new collections of cashmere from Mongolia.
SLOW COLLECTION,quality over quantity
Severine Perraudinhas favored a manufacturing respectful of the stages for small productions. Each sweater collection is unique and in a limited series of around fifteen pieces.
Séverine Perraudin's creations are produced in Mongolia using local labor and resources.
The selected goats live in very high altitudes of Mongolia. It is PTo protect themselves from extreme temperatures, they develop a very resistant and warm coat, whose properties are universally recognized.
Purchased from breeders in the Mongolian steppe, the cashmere has been meticulously combed each spring by nomads for generations. It thus acquires high qualities of softness.
The work is then done in close collaboration with artisans and factories in Ulaanbaatar.
This incomparable fiber quality gives these models a very unique resistance to time. Over the years and with washing, the knit becomes more beautiful.
